These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between jitaae ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") and any individual ("you", "the User", "the Player") who accesses, registers on, or otherwise uses the services provided at jitaae.com. By clicking "I Agree", by creating an account, or by placing any bet or wager on the platform, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them.

These Terms apply to all services offered on jitaae, including but not limited to: sports betting (cricket, football, kabaddi), live casino games (Baccarat, Roulette, Blackjack, Dragon Tiger), virtual slots, card games (Rummy, Teen Patti, Andar Bahar), crash and instant games (Aviator), fishing games, and all promotional or bonus programmes associated with the platform.

If you access the jitaae platform on behalf of another person or legal entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that person or entity to these Terms, and that by doing so you accept these Terms on their behalf.

To be eligible to register and use jitaae, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis throughout the duration of your account:

• You are at least 18 years of age.
• You are accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming and sports betting is not expressly prohibited by applicable law.
• You are acting on your own behalf as a private individual and not as an agent for any third party.
• You are not currently subject to a self-exclusion order placed through jitaae or any other gaming operator.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, agent, or close family member of any such person employed by jitaae or its affiliated technology and payment partners.
• You have not previously had a jitaae account closed or suspended for breach of these Terms.

jitaae reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. Acceptable documents for identity and age verification include a National Identity Card (NID), a valid passport, or a birth certificate accompanied by a government-issued photo ID. Until such documents are provided and verified, jitaae may restrict deposit, withdrawal, or gameplay activity on the account.

jitaae operates Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures in line with responsible gaming best practices. All KYC verification is conducted in English. Players in Dhaka, Chittagong, Sylhet, Rajshahi, Khulna, Barisal, Rangpur, and Mymensingh are subject to the same verification requirements without exception.

To access jitaae's gaming and betting services, you must first create an account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, mobile phone number, and preferred payment method details. You agree to update this information promptly if any of it changes.

One Account Rule: Each individual person is permitted to hold exactly one (1) jitaae account. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, different email addresses, or different device identifiers — is strictly prohibited. jitaae uses advanced device fingerprinting, IP analysis, and payment-method cross-referencing to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are discovered, jitaae reserves the right to:

• Immediately close all accounts belonging to that individual.
• Void and forfeit any bonuses, free spins, or promotional winnings credited to any of those accounts.
• Withhold any withdrawal requests pending at the time of discovery, pending investigation.
• Permanently ban the individual from registering a new account on the platform.

Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. jitaae strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) from within your account security settings. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. Any activity conducted under your account credentials is deemed to have been authorised by you, and you accept full responsibility for all such activity.

If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify jitaae immediately at [email protected]. jitaae will investigate the matter and may temporarily suspend the account during the investigation period to prevent further unauthorised access.

jitaae supports deposits and withdrawals in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. No currency conversion fees are applied by jitaae. Any fees charged by your mobile banking provider or card issuer are the responsibility of the account holder.

Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. There is no maximum single deposit limit imposed by jitaae at the platform level; however, your mobile banking provider (e.g., bKash or Nagad) may impose their own daily transaction limits, which are outside jitaae's control.

Withdrawal Processing: Withdrawal requests are typically processed within one to four hours during business hours (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6). Withdrawals submitted outside of business hours or during public holidays may take longer. jitaae does not charge a withdrawal fee. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.

• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, unless otherwise approved by jitaae support.
• All withdrawals are subject to KYC verification. Unverified accounts may have withdrawals held pending identity confirmation.
• jitaae reserves the right to request supporting documentation for large withdrawals as part of its anti-money-laundering (AML) obligations.
• Funds deposited by one payment method cannot be transferred directly to a different payment account without prior written approval from jitaae support.
• jitaae does not accept payments from third parties. All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in the same name as the jitaae account holder.

Anti-Money Laundering Policy: jitaae is committed to preventing the use of its platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other financial crime. jitaae monitors transactions for unusual patterns and will report suspicious activity in accordance with applicable AML obligations. Accounts found to be involved in money laundering activity will be permanently closed and all funds may be frozen pending investigation.

jitaae offers a variety of bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, daily reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. All bonuses are subject to the terms set out in this section as well as any additional terms specified in the individual promotion's description.

Wagering Requirements: Unless otherwise stated, bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier for each promotion is clearly stated in the promotion's individual terms. Wagering requirements must be met within the specified validity period. Bonuses that expire before wagering requirements are met will be forfeited along with any associated winnings.

• Bonuses are intended for personal recreational use only and may not be used as part of any matched betting, arbitrage, or bonus-exploitation strategy.
• jitaae reserves the right to void bonus winnings and close accounts where systematic abuse of promotional offers is detected.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash equivalent.
• Each player is entitled to claim each promotion only once unless the promotion's specific terms state otherwise.
• jitaae reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to protecting the reasonable expectations of players who have already commenced using a bonus in good faith.

All bets placed on jitaae are final once confirmed. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your bet selections, stake amounts, and market choices are correct before confirming a wager. jitaae does not accept requests to cancel or amend confirmed bets except in the circumstances described below.

Cricket & Sports Betting: Sports betting markets on jitaae are governed by the following general rules:

• Bets on events that are abandoned, postponed beyond 24 hours, or declared void by the governing body will be settled as void and stakes returned.
• In-play betting markets may be suspended at any time at jitaae's discretion, particularly around key match events such as wickets, boundaries, or DLS recalculations in cricket.
• If a match is affected by weather interruptions and a result is determined by the Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) method, bets will be settled on the official DLS result unless otherwise specified in the market's individual rules.
• Obvious pricing errors (palpable errors) in odds will not be honoured. jitaae reserves the right to void bets placed at clearly erroneous odds and to settle them at the correct market price.
• All odds displayed on jitaae are in decimal format. The stake is included in the return calculation (i.e., a ৳100 bet at odds of 2.50 returns ৳250 total, of which ৳150 is profit).

Casino & Live Games: All casino games available on jitaae — including live dealer tables powered by Evolution Gaming and Ezugi, slots from Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, and Microgaming, and crash games from Spribe — are operated using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or live-streamed from regulated studio facilities. The house edge for each game category is inherent in the game's design and is the mathematical advantage the platform holds over the long term.

Game Disconnections: If your internet connection is interrupted during an active game round, jitaae's system will complete the round according to its standard game logic. Wagers already placed at the time of disconnection stand. jitaae is not responsible for losses resulting from connection issues on the player's end, including but not limited to mobile data interruptions on Grameenphone, Robi, Banglalink, or Teletalk networks.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on jitaae and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and potential referral to relevant authorities:

• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false or misleading information during registration, KYC verification, or any communication with jitaae support.
• Money Laundering: Using jitaae as a vehicle to launder funds derived from criminal activity or to obscure the origin of funds.
• Collusion: Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, tournament, or betting market offered on jitaae.
• Software Exploitation: Using bots, automated betting scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other software designed to gain an unfair advantage over the platform or other players.
• Chargeback Abuse: Disputing legitimate transactions with your bank or mobile banking provider after receiving gaming services from jitaae. Accounts associated with chargebacks will be suspended pending investigation.
• Underage Gambling: Accessing or attempting to access the platform if you are under 18 years of age, or facilitating access for a minor.
• Account Sharing: Allowing any other person to access or operate your jitaae account on your behalf.
• Harassment: Using any communication channels associated with jitaae to harass, threaten, or abuse other players or members of jitaae staff.

jitaae reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, if jitaae reasonably believes that:

• The account holder has breached any provision of these Terms.
• The account has been involved in fraudulent, deceptive, or criminal activity.
• The account holder has opened a duplicate account.
• The account holder is under 18 years of age.
• Continuing to operate the account would expose jitaae to regulatory, legal, or reputational risk.
• The account holder has requested self-exclusion through jitaae's responsible gaming tools.

Voluntary Closure: You may request the permanent closure of your jitaae account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Upon closure, any verified real-money balance remaining in your account (after deducting any bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to your registered payment method within seven (7) business days.

Dormant Accounts: An account is considered dormant if it has had no login or transaction activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months. jitaae may apply a dormancy administrative fee to inactive accounts after providing 30 days' email notice to the registered address. The dormancy fee is deducted from the account balance on a monthly basis until either the balance reaches zero or the account holder re-engages with the platform.

All content on the jitaae platform — including but not limited to the jitaae brand name, logo, website design, colour scheme, typography, game graphics, promotional materials, written content, data, software, source code, and any other material displayed on or accessible via jitaae.com — is the exclusive intellectual property of jitaae or is used under licence from third-party content providers (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Spribe, Ezugi, NetEnt, and Microgaming).

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the jitaae platform for personal recreational purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any jitaae content without prior written authorisation.
• Use jitaae branding, logos, or trade marks in any commercial context or in a manner that implies endorsement by jitaae.
• Scrape, crawl, or programmatically extract data from the jitaae platform for any purpose.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to access the source code of any jitaae software or game.

Any unauthorised use of jitaae's intellectual property constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may give rise to civil and/or criminal liability.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jitaae and its directors, officers, employees, agents, and technology partners shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from:

• The outcome of any bet, wager, or casino game placed on the platform.
• Any technical failure, server downtime, software error, or network interruption that affects access to or use of the platform.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• Any inaccuracy in odds, scores, or game results subsequently corrected by jitaae or by the relevant sporting authority.
• Delays in deposit confirmation or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers, including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay.
• Any indirect, consequential, incidental, or punitive losses, regardless of how they arise.

Nothing in these Terms limits jitaae's liability for death or personal injury caused by its own negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

The jitaae platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While jitaae makes every reasonable effort to maintain platform availability and accuracy, no warranty — express or implied — is given regarding the continuous availability, accuracy, or fitness for purpose of the platform or any content on it.

jitaae reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, jitaae will notify registered users via email to the address on their account at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, except where a shorter notice period is required by law or where the change is necessary to address a security risk or legal obligation.

The updated Terms will be published at jitaae.com/terms-conditions with the effective date clearly displayed at the top of the page. Your continued use of the jitaae platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using the platform and may request account closure as described in Section 8 above.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. jitaae operates as an online platform serving players in Bangladesh and conducts its operations with particular regard to the interests and circumstances of Bangladeshi users.

Dispute Resolution: In the event of a dispute between you and jitaae regarding a transaction, bet settlement, bonus award, account decision, or any other platform matter, the following process applies:

1. First Contact: Contact jitaae customer support at [email protected] with full details of your complaint. Our team aims to provide an initial response within five (5) minutes during peak hours and within 24 hours at all other times.
2. Formal Review: If the initial support response does not resolve the matter to your satisfaction, you may escalate to a formal review by requesting in writing that your complaint be reviewed by jitaae's management team. A written decision will be provided within seven (7) business days.
3. Final Outcome: jitaae's decision on any dispute submitted through the formal review process is final and binding, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

All communications relating to disputes must be conducted in English. jitaae does not accept dispute communications submitted via social media or third-party review platforms as formal complaints for the purposes of this dispute resolution procedure.

jitaae is a safe and reliable platform that uses SSL encryption and fair play certified systems to protect its players. These Terms do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable Bangladeshi consumer protection law.
